CFO of Dynamic Control, Reutech Solutions and Dynateq International − subsidiaries of Reunert Ltd
Ebrahim Lambat is an accomplished chartered accountant and CFO whose passion lies in making a difference not just in the boardroom, but also from a socio-economic and humanitarian perspective. As the youngest member of the board, and being elected for a second consecutive term, Ebrahim served as a director and vice-president of the Gauteng Cricket Board (t/a Central Gauteng Lions) – part of the largest cricketing union on the African continent. He was appointed to the board at an extremely volatile juncture where the organisation was in a transitory phase. Ebrahim played an integral role in redefining the vision and strategy of the company, as well as birthing a new constitution and ensuring that good governance became part of the organisation’s culture. During his tenure, Ebrahim chaired the Finance and Procurement, Audit and Risk and Governance sub-committees, whilst being a member of various other sub-committees.
Ebrahim is currently involved in an international humanitarian organisation that provides aid across the globe − responding to natural disasters and assisting impoverished communities. Through his professional and social networks, he has contributed to the organisation’s growth and footprint. Whilst contributing from a strategic and PR perspective, Ebrahim also travels both locally and internationally to personally discharge humanitarian aid.
In addition to Ebrahim’s socio-economic contributions, he is the CFO of Dynamic Control, Reutech Solutions and Dynateq International, which are all subsidiaries of Reunert Ltd. As CFO, he has increased the profitability of the business, creating agility (scalability of resources) and growing the company to higher levels.
