With over a decade of experience in audit, assurance and financial management, Audrey is a regional controller for Trelleborg Wheel Systems focusing on Africa and the Middle East region. This is a leading global supplier of agricultural and industrial tires and complete wheels with its headquarters in Sweden. In 2019 she was among the 1 800 young leaders from over 190 countries to attend the One Young World Summit in London. She welcomed that opportunity to strengthen ties with other social entrepreneurs and notably became a director of the Khuthaza Foundation.
Khuthaza is committed to capacitating communities by focusing on addressing poverty and working towards zero hunger and responsible consumption and production. In 2020, she joined the FinBiz 2030 South African Taskforce, an initiative launched by OYW, CAW and SAICA, to mobilise the finance and business community to work together in achieving the SDGs. Her drive and determination led her to start up several ventures including 1 Wave Consulting, which provides SMEs with advisory services for tax, payroll, accounting and related advice, and 1 Wave Distributors, which imports and supplies the cordial drink called Mazoe Syrup to the South African retail market.
