Beejal Vallabh is a passionate newly made South African entrepreneur looking for every opportunity to grow our unique country, create employment and lead by example. She is fuelled by a well-grounded and ingrained value system, enhanced by the support of her family and friends and put into practice at our her local temple, community and throughout her career.
She has been fortunate in her corporate career to have immense exposure in a short period of time. This began during articles by being selected as the only South African for an EMEIA programme in London. Thereafter tremendous opportunities such as being able to work for the largest brewer, involvement in restructures, employee share schemes, improving B-BBEE scorecards and being promoted to an executive position before she was 30, but her biggest kick was still to get a multi-billion-rand company’s cashflow to balance to the cent. Her experience has allowed her to gain perspective and stood her in good strength in her role as CFO of the NFS Group. Entrepreneurship now inspires her to enable clients to be compliant and help them understand their accounting, budgeting and tax affairs, and allows her to hire more young graduates straight out of university who are unemployed and yearning for growth. Beejal wants to make a difference and inspire other professionals to not leave beautiful South Africa. Downtime for her is hiking, travelling, photography and reading.
