Etienne is a passionate solutions-oriented leader at CXP South Africa where he currently is Director of Operations as well as Head of Marketing. He has over 11 years of experience in the following business verticals: auditing and accounting, business process outsourcing, retail operations, financial services – insurance and credit portfolios, and telecommunications.
Etienne offers a diverse set of competencies across the above business verticals including sales, commercial strategies, new product development, CRM, marketing and brands, accounting and finance, and operations and leadership.
Over the past 12 years Etienne has had an accelerated career path. His career started in 2009 as an article clerk at EY Durban and through multi-faceted skills and abilities of leading high-capacity projects, leading high impact teams and delivering on company strategies grew to his current role as director.
Etienne has extensive global experience that ranges from listing IPOs on the New York Stock Exchange to working with insurance and reinsurance giants in Bermuda, energy and gas pioneers in the United Kingdom, and shipping and logistics in Africa.
