Razeen Dada is an impact property investor, entrepreneur and filmmaker who has combined his financial and creative skills to forge a unique path in his career.
After completing his articles at Investec, Razeen joined the family business in Durban. He and his brother Zeyn implemented strategies that grew Richh Textiles substantially. It is now one of the leading fabric wholesalers in Southern Africa.
Razeen believes in financial empowerment through financial education and assisted all their employees with lump-sums to open their share portfolios.
Through his Investment Company, Glorystar, he has invested in iconic projects such as Oceans-Umhlanga and 2Six2 Florida Road. He procures only locally produced goods for his hospitality ventures.
Razeen became Mr India South Africa, after which he represented local and international brands such as Marks and Spencer’s, Sony, Clicks and Uber.
He has a passion for film and storytelling and has lived in Hollywood and Bollywood training in acting and filmmaking. He founded Dragon Productions to produce exceptional content for audiences around the world. His team is in the production and development phase of several international film projects which will generate significant employment and tourism.
