Tlhabi Ntlha personifies dynamism and agility when it comes to her career. She is an individual that because of her varied talents has been able to climb the corporate ladder at an early age, occupy positions of leadership and be involved in significant projects – some of which the impact will outlast her lifetime.
Tlhabi was appointed Executive Strategy at Avis Fleet, a market-leading company in fleet management in Southern Africa, at the age of 28. Her gusto for being in the frontline of businesses, shaping their futures, has seen her involved in building JSE-listed group-wide operating models for companies operating in various industries, the development of strategy handbooks that would revolutionise how issues and opportunities should be prioritised, and involvement in restructuring projects. Her current role demonstrates her rounded personality, overseeing functions such as strategy, marketing and communications, operational excellence and product support teams.
She is passionate about the development of people and has led the successful implementation of a way of working which touches 1 600 employees daily, giving them the platform and tools to solve problems in their area of influence. Leading with soul, she has been involved in tutoring, mentoring and various community upliftment programmes.
